This interdisciplinary panel brings together scholars from different academic fields to discuss the impact of Artificial Intelligence on teaching, learning, and knowledge production in higher education. The discussion will explore how AI tools are transforming pedagogical practices, research methodologies, and student learning experiences across disciplines. Through shared perspectives from mathematics, computer science, languages, and other scientific fields, the panel aims to encourage dialogue, highlight innovative practices, and identify opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration in AI-enhanced education.
